  • 3 cups loosely packed raisins

  • 2 cups pitted cherries
  • 5 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups sliced white potatoes
  • 4 1/2 cups sliced cabbage

Food Terms
CALORIE FREE ~ Fewer than 5 calories per serving
CHOLESTEROL FREE ~ Less than 2 milligrams of cholesterol and 2 grams or less of         saturated fat per serving.
FAT FREE ~ Less than 0.5 gram of fat per serving
SODIUM FREE  ~ Less than 5 milligrams of sodium per serving and no sodium chloride in ingredient list.
SUGAR FREE ~ Less than 0.5 gram of sugar per serving.
LOW CALORIE ~ No more than 40 calories per serving.
LOW CHOLESTEROL ~ No more than 20 milligrams of cholesterol and 2 grams or less of saturated fat per serving.
LOW FAT ~ No more than 3 grams of fat per serving.
LOW SODIUM ~ No more than 140 milligrams of sodium per serving.
HIGH FIBER ~ 5 grams or more of fiber per serving.
REDUCED CALORIES, CHOLESTEROL, FAT, SODIUM or SUGAR ~ At least 25% or less than the regular product.
LIGHT ~ may refer to calories, fat or sodium ~ with 1/3 fewer calories, or no more than 1/2 the fat of the regular product, or no more than 1/2 the sodium of the regular product.

1 cup = 1/2 pint = 1/4 quart = 8 oz.
2 cups = 1 pint = 1/2 quart = 16 oz.
4 cups = 2 pints = 1 quart = 32 oz.
1/2 cup = 24 tsp. = 8 Tbsp.
1/3 cup = 16 tsp. = 5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.

Dash, or pinch = 1/8 tsp.
